COASTAL MOUNTAIN CONFERENCE

SCHOLAR/ATHLETE OF THE YEAR AWARD

PURPOSE

The Coastal Mountain Conference wishes to recognize those student/athletes

who have gone above and beyond their peer group. The CMC Scholar/Athlete of

the Year Award will be given to the outstanding male and female CMC

student/athlete for the year. The recipients will receive a plaque honoring

their award and this year a $250.00 scholarship.

Nominations will be taken before the CMC Spring A.D. meetings in March and

will be reviewed by the CMC Scholar/Athlete College Scholarship committee

(one representative from each league). The committee will meet at the CMC

Spring athletic directors meeting and determine this yearπs recipients. The

scholar/athletes will be honored at the Spring CMC meetings in April / May

in Ukiah.
