NOTES

 

1.  Due to hydration / body fat testing / weight loss regulations, the coaches voted to have the league duals as late in the season as possible.  This necessitated going back to tri-meets.

 

2. This season, Upper Lake, Fort Bragg, and Clear Lake will host two tri-meets.

 

3.  During the 2011 - 2012 season, Middletown, Kelseyville, and Willits will host two tri-meets.

 

4.  During the 2012 – 2013 season,  Lower Lake, Pt Arena, and St Helena will host two tri-meets.
